SERVICE OFFERED
UIXORA provides UI/UX design, website design, front-end development. Services are tailored to the scope outlined in each project proposal or agreement.
PROJECT SCOPE & REVISIONS
All work is based on the agreed project scope.
Minor revisions are included (up to 2 rounds unless stated otherwise).
Additional changes may be subject to extra charges and extended timelines.
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required to begin a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion or before final delivery.
All invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide clear requirements, feedback, and materials (e.g., content, images, brand assets) in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact the timeline.
TIMELINES
UIXORA will work within a mutually agreed timeline. However, timelines may shift if there are delays in client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen issues.
OWNERSHIP & LICENSING
Final, approved designs are owned by the client after full payment is received.
Uixora retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
If the project is canceled after partial completion, a prorated amount will be billed based on work delivered.
LIABILITY
UIXORA is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal claims resulting from the use of the designs, websites, or content provided. Clients are responsible for final review and approval.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All project information and materials are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
